Accepted Payments
I currently accept cash, debit and credit cards, HSA cards, and Zelle.
Loveland Therapy Fund
I also accept Loveland Therapy Fund vouchers from eligible clients. Each voucher covers up to $120 toward one session; clients are responsible for any remaining balance. Out of network benefits
If your insurance plan includes out of network benefits, I can provide an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.

VA Community Care Network
I see Veterans with an appropriate VA community care referral and authorization. Please contact me before scheduling so I can verify the authorization.
